But, man, I've got my black on in support of the Allegiant Stadium. The black box here behind me, beautiful stadium. Yeah, I'd love to get to a game out there, man. Unfortunately they're on a bye this week so I won't be able to do it.

Speaker 1:

The real question is real quick, john are you putting a little bet ski down in some of them casinos? Or what are you doing over there with some you know?

Speaker 2:

I did. Yeah, I got to tell you I love watching football in Vegas. Man, games start at 10 am. You wake up in the morning, you have a little coffee and you're like, let's go. We got games. I went down to the sports book, had all the games around me, man, it was. It was beautiful, putting in some bets and having a good time and watched every game. It was fantastic. Man, it's the only way to watch football. It's too bad. It's actually too chilly here in Vegas in November, but there's a huge sports book that's outside, outdoors, with pools and everything you could just sit in the pool. That's outside, outdoors, with pools and everything you can just sit in the pool, like a 150-foot screen. It's so cool, man. Vegas is the place to watch games, no question about it. All right, man, let's get right in here and let's get to the news, baby.

Speaker 1:

This season 2,000 yards, something you just don't expect, absolutely monster Check back All news and notes.

Speaker 2:

All right, let's get after it here, man. Let's see what's going on with the news. See how we did here. All right, trade deadline coming up here in the nfl. We had some movement, man. Today we're filming on Tuesday or recording on Tuesday. This is what we've got so far. Mike Williams, wide receiver for the Jets, traded to the Steelers for a fifth round pick. What do we do with Mike Williams now? Is he going to be fantasy relevant? Frankly, is this a guy you want to stash and see what happens? What's going on with Mike? You totally are stashing Mike.

Speaker 1:

Dobbs, man, you're absolutely looking at that, and because of Russ Wilson, I mean, the passing attack has absolutely elevated, with him being behind center. So for me, man, it's George Pickens. We've seen Calvin Austin and what he's able to do, but, man, adding a true deep threat 50-50 ball. Let that of George, you know, kind of be the every type of route runner. Now I love it, man. I think it's absolutely somebody that you can pick off the weight, pick up off the waiver wire stash and wait to see what happens.

Speaker 2:

I think it's going to be great for George Pickens. Put an actual player, a name, on the opposite side of the field with George Pickens. That's also a red zone threat. I think it's going to help Pickens out. Man, big time. Love it All right. Next guy we've got here Jonathan Mingo, wide receiver for Carolina, and a seventh round pick traded to the Cowboys for a fourth. Okay, so can this guy emerge with the Cowboys and be fantasy relevant for you?

Speaker 1:

John, I'm going to err on the side of saying no, I don't think so. I think this is a guy you probably stray away and it's solely because of Dak man. I mean, we're going to talk about it. Actually, let's just say Dak is going to be on IR or he's likely to go on IR with a hamstring injury. So if that's the case, man, and then you got what Cooper Rush or maybe Trey Lance, and you got CD Lamb, who's a little bit banged up. So I mean you're trying to get a guy who's coming in with very bad quarterback play and a bad team on a bad offense and a bad defense. I mean, it's not going well, man. So for me I'm not willing to even look to stash Jonathan Mingo at this point in time.

Speaker 2:

I think you could. If you're just decimated at receiver, you could stash him if you've got the space. It's going to take a few weeks at least for him to even be relevant at all. What I could try to do if you've got Jonathan Mingo sitting around and he's been just riding on your bench this whole time, try to move them. You might be able to get something out of it. Somebody might get excited, maybe a Cowboys fan that thinks that that wide receiver two on the Cowboys with Cooper is just going to have some value. I don't know, I don't really see it myself, but there's worse things you could do, I suppose.

Speaker 2:

All right, like we talked about Dak Prescott. Yeah, he's likely going on IR, it looks like with a hamstring injury. It's just absolutely going to be devastating to this team. You really only had Dak, rico Dowdle and CeeDee Lamb pretty much as the only fantasy relevant options. Anyway, ceedee Lamb, while we're there, banged up as well. He's got an AC joint injury. Yeah, I mean, they're saying he could be good to go and he could play this week. But man, you got to severely temper your expectations there. He's hurt and he's coming in with Cooper Rush or Trey Lance playing at quarterback. No bueno, man. No, not great. All right. Another trade here. Khalil Herbert traded from the Bears to the Bengals for a seventh round pick. Break this down, frankie. There's been some fantasy relevance here in the Cincinnati backfield in the right matchups. Is this a guy you might be able to put in at some point here?

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes, this is definitely a guy you want on your fantasy football team, guys. And the reason being is because and let's just say Zach Moss, John, we're going to mention it in the news here in a second he's going on IR. So now you have Chase Brown, and what this does is it gives the spell for that of Chase Brown and adds a really tough runner in Herbert. I mean, we saw it, man, before that of DeAndre Swift, I mean, last year we were like shit. I mean, Herbert looks pretty good in some of these matchups. And so for me, man, what it does is it absolutely gives the Bengals and, by the way, brilliant trade by the Bengals give them a seventh. That way you're bolstering that running back room for a run. I mean, if they end up going on a run, they're going to need another piece outside of Chase Brown, and I love them adding Khalil Herbert to this team. So, yes, free, full circle man, Definitely try to get him onto waiver wire and get his ass on your team.

Speaker 2:

Okay. Aj Brown, wide receiver for the Eagles, left the game with a knee injury. This one hurt my soul. You know how much I love AJ Brown. The Eagles left the game with a knee injury. This one hurt my soul. You know how much I love AJ Brown. No damage done, no structural damage. He could play this week, so keep an eye out on him. Probably talk about that on Fridays with Frankie, so stay tuned. Jameson Williams reinstated after two-game suspension. Nice. What do you think he's going to get suspended for next? Frankie? He's already had the betting. He's already had PEDs. He hasn't beat anyone, has he? I mean, I guess maybe that's next, maybe some blow.

Speaker 1:

Maybe they'll find, you know, we'll get him back up and energized.

Speaker 2:

Some hookers and blow. Is he here in Vegas with me? I don't know.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, who knows?

Speaker 2:

Good news, though Fire up Jamison Williams. We've lost a lot of receivers and let's get him back. Get him in your lineup, all right. Drake, london, day-to-day wide receiver for the Atlanta Falcons, day-to-day with a hit pointer it is confirmed a hit pointer. He could play this weekend. Keep an eye on that as well. Ceedee Lamb like we said, spring day C joint day to day. Going to have to keep an eye on him.

Speaker 2:

All right, this is our weekly CMC update. Frankie, here we go, and the news is good. Cmc, confirmed, is practicing this week. Should be on the field again. It's been fucking weird with CMC. Don't just assume it's happening. Listen to Fridays with Frankie. I'm sure Frankie will touch on it if CMC is going to play, but it looks like all systems are go finally. All right, let's see what else we got here.

Speaker 2:

Joe Flacco will remain the Colts QB one. He absolutely destroyed me last week. I had him in two leagues. I was so happy to not have to start Anthony Richardson and I have Flacco out there, but man, he hurt me Not doing great with this team right now. Really, jonathan Taylor seems to be the only solid bet on that team. I said to sit Pittman last week. I was right about that. He is in decoy mode right now, but Josh Downs did look pretty good so you could look at starting Josh Downs. All right, isaiah Likely did not practice with a hamstring. Keaton Mitchell running back for the Baltimore Ravens coming off of IR has not played with a hamstring. Keaton Mitchell running back for the Baltimore Ravens coming off of IR has not played in quite some time. He is practicing in full. Frankie, why don't you talk about Keaton Mitchell here, and if you should have him on your bench and what you should do with him?

Speaker 1:

Yes, definitely get Keaton Mitchell on your bench, guys. And the thing is, this is not a player right away you're going to be looking to start. Just to be crystal clear, until we see how this unfolds and what I think is going to happen, john, I mean, we saw it Again. Derrick Henry was not on the team, but Keaton Mitchell, last year when he had the ball, was explosive, almost second to none. And so now Would we see Keith Mitchell start spelling Derrick Henry in order to create longevity for Derrick Henry, for down the road, for the playoff, for the actual NFL playoff push, et cetera. So for me, man, absolutely somebody that needs to be rostered, absolutely somebody that needs to be on your team, but wait and see how things pan out, because it could be matchup by matchup basis for when you look to play him.

Speaker 2:

All right. T Higgins, wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, still not practicing. They play Thursday against the Ravens. Not looking good to have T Higgins in there, but keep an eye on that. For Wednesday practice report Amari Cooper, still questionable with a hand injury himself. Keep an eye on that later this week as well. Jalen Waddell, wide receiver for the Miami Dolphins, went down in the fourth quarter with an ankle injury. Not looking good for him this week. Definitely keep an eye out there.

Speaker 2:

Chris Alave, wide receiver for the New Orleans Saints. Oh man, this one was really rough. Taken to the hospital he had a head injury and carted off the field. Man, it did not look good at all. Chris Alave didn't realize this, but after looking things up, it's his fifth concussion since 2020. He's going to miss a few weeks, if not the rest of the season.

Speaker 2:

This team is starting to unload some people. We just saw Marshawn Lattimore traded to Washington Commanders. So this team's playing for the future. They may be punting the rest of the year, so it could be possible that we lose Alave for the rest of the season. Keep an eye on that. That one's tough. Darius Slayton in concussion protocol. Brian Robinson running back for the Washington Commander, still dealing with a hamstring has a chance to play. Keep an eye on that. All right, that is the news, baby. All right, let's look at week 10 here. Let's get into it here, frankie. We got some week 10 buys, all right. So we've got the Browns, the Seahawks, the Raiders and the Packers on. Buy here. A lot of players. We're going to be missing, frankie. Let's see what we're going to do about this. All right, let's get into the Thursday night preview. Frankie, talk to me about the Bengals at the Baltimore Ravens here.

Speaker 1:

buddy, what a hell of a game. Right, this is what Thursday night matchups are supposed to be, baby. It's supposed to be battle and clash of the titans. As you mentioned, bengals 4-5 on a tear right now. Figuring it out, joe Burrow was playing like old Burrow right Against, and at Baltimore, who is 6-3.

Speaker 1:

Who, baltimore man? I don't know, and I'll say this on the record. I honestly don't know if I've seen a quarterback play better than what Lamar Jackson has been playing. I mean it's just. I mean we've seen Patty Mahomes, we've seen, you know, tom Brady, we've seen Joe Burrow, instance, matt Stafford when they won the Superbowl, so on and so forth. Outside of maybe and this is another crazy name, outside of maybe what Jared golf is doing right now. I think Lamar is truly doing something incredible. So, man, let's talk about the Bengals for a second.

Speaker 1:

Let's dive into the fantasy aspect. You're firing up Jamar. You're firing up Chase Brown. I don't think that's any question there. You start Chase Brown this week. Of course you're starting Joey Burrow. Here's where it gets interesting, john. If T Higgins is playing, you're firing up T Higgins. Let's assume he's not. Here's who I'm firing up. If T Higgins is not playing, it's Mike Gusecki. When T Higgins doesn't play. Mike Gusecki has taken off me to the tune of almost every single time it's been double-digit fantasy points. When that occurs we see Gusecki go crazy. So for me, man, in this type of game that's going to be grueling in AFC North, play the players that you know are going or have a high opportunity to get the ball, love it. Let's shift to the Ravens. You got Lamar done. Derek King, henry the eight you love it. Fire him up, john. For you I'm going to say this You're firing up Zay Flowers. You got to fire him up this week, do not leave Zay Flowers on your bench.

Speaker 2:

Okay, oh, you mean how I got cute against you and started. Chris Lave over Zay Flowers, left 33 points on my bench, man. Yeah, that's what happens when you have a good deep team is that you have to make difficult decisions and guess what?

Speaker 1:

the wrong one made the wrong one, but I'll tell you who else you need to start. John, and I believe you might still have this guy is mark andrews, with isaiah likely not practicing, he's banged up. Mark andrews could be gold this week. And here's the other one that's been floating around. Man, what do you do with deontay johnson and guys? For me, as long as Deontay Johnson continues to progress in practice with the playbook and things like that, I think he can be a flex start, and the only reason why I'm saying that is because I like this game script right now and I think that the Bengals, with how well their offense is playing, also with how well their defense is kind of coming up as well. I think it's going to put some pressure on Lamar, put some pressure on King Henry, and Lamar's going to need to end up throwing the ball a little bit more than what I think they're used to. So for me, man, I think that Deontay could be looked at as a good flex start as long as he continues to progress in practice.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean I would say, if you've got other options, I would not play Deontay Johnson, but we've got so many injuries and we've got four teams on by this week, I think it would be fine if you had to put him in an emergency situation. But again, he only had 10 to 15 snaps. They were intentionally limiting him to get more comfortable with the playbook and more gel with the team. I see that increasing, but I still think he's going to be pretty low in the snap count there as far as target share and everything goes too. So I wouldn't do it if you have other options, but if you don't, yeah, absolutely. I feel good about starting Deontay Johnson if you needed to. All right, frankie, that is a Thursday night preview here. Who do you think is going to win this game? Man, or who do you want to win this game? Being a browns fan, I love seeing these two teams beat the shit out of each other, but you want to see a little upset action with the bangles?

Speaker 1:

definitely definitely, man. I want to see joe burrow and the bangles put it together against this raven team and really take down the afc north man. I mean. I mean the ravens really are outside of the chiefs, in my opinion. I still think that they're better and playing better than that of the Bills. Understanding what the Bills are doing, I get it, guys, but I just think as a team, as a whole, ravens got it going on. But, man, I want to see Joe Burrow to come out. I want to see that beautiful blonde hair of his waving in the fucking air as he's throwing those touchdowns.

Speaker 2:

Man, you know I'm going to put man and you know I'm gonna put an anytime touchdown bet on jamar chase. That's what I'm gonna do, fuck. Jamar chase is the number one wide receiver in fantasy football and a full ppr right now. Lamar jackson is the number one quarterback so fun. And joe burrow's the number five quarterback right now, so this is really, really fun. And, of course, derrick henry is the number one running back.

Speaker 1:

Number one with a bullet baby number one by a lot and one with a bullet, baby Number one by a lot.

Speaker 2:

And I think, John Wright correct me if I'm wrong.

Speaker 1:

he's number one in every statistical running back category heading into this past Sunday, so I assume that's still the case.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, he's number one. Derek Henry is with 197 fantasy points and a full PPR. Number two, believe it or not, is Alvin Kamara and he's 30 points behind Derrick Henry. Mm yeah, yeah, good showing there, man. All right, frankie, let's get to our hit-its and quit-its. Baby, mmm Love this.

Speaker 1:

John, as we're diving into those hit-its and quit-its before we get in there, we've got to shout out our partnership with BetStamp and SignUpExpert Guys, opening up an incredible opportunity for you to join some of our favorite sportsbooks to get the best odds and new user offers. How do you do it? Head over to our dedicated page at signupexpertcom backslash, frankly to explore a selection of sportsbooks tailored to your region, each with unique offerings. So if you're ready to take on your sports betting to the next level, like Johnny and I do, especially for the Thursday night game, and maybe put a little bit on our hit it, maybe not on our quit it, I highly recommend signing up for the new sports or your next sportsbook through a signup expert link. You can easily find it in the description of the video. Let's go.

Speaker 1:

So, john, my first hit it baby is going to be that, oh the cheetah. And you guys might think well, what the fuck? Of course you're going to fire up. Really, really, have you been trying to fire up Tyreek Hill the last seven weeks and you felt good about it? This is the week, man. This is the week Tyreek Hill has now had a couple games with Tua back. Okay, they're getting it together. They're playing at the Rams, which is indoors. Huge for Tyreek Hill right now, right to build back that confidence. In addition, he's had back-to-back double-digit fantasy point games and, as I mentioned, with Tua coming back man, what we've seen is 152 yards in the last two weeks and looking at what Lockett did and what JSN did against the Rams, this game could be moving towards a shootout man. So for me, I'm firing up Tyreek Hill in those tough eight man, in those tough 10 man and, damn it, in those 12 and 14 man leagues. Get Cheetah going.

Speaker 2:

I love it. I love it. Let's get Tyreek the freak on the field, baby. All right, frankie, my first hit it here is going to be George Pickens, wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers at Washington this week. Listen, he's just, he's an alpha man. He really is. I haven't seen a guy play the 50-50 ball like he does in a very, very long time. He's really developing some good chemistry with Russell Wilson too. I'm really liking what's happening there between the two of them. In the two starts with Russell Wilson he's got nine catches for 185 yards and a touchdown. You've got to love that man, the Washington defense. It's given up 185 yards on average passing every game, as well as 14 touchdowns they've given up this year through the air, which is fantastic, man. But I just love the matchup. I love Pickens. I know this is going to be a shootout. This is a very, very important game for both of these teams and I see Pickens getting super involved super early. So start them up.

Speaker 1:

Fun game man. Fun game Pittsburgh at Washington. Who would have said that, heading into the year, this is one of the must-watch games of the week, dude, for sure, john, my hit at number two. I'm taking it to New York. Who's playing in Carolina? And it is a rookie, and I'm talking about Tyrone Tracy man. He has supplanted Devin Singletary as the starting running back for the New York Giants. He has been so impressive the last few weeks, sean. Actually, to the tune of the last two weeks, he's had 211 yards while dominating the run share with 36 rushes in the last two weeks. And again, they're playing against a defense that continuously gets exposed for Carolina. I mean, we saw what Alvin Kamara did. We saw what a lot of these other teams are doing when they play Carolina. It's as easy as hand the ball off and let the play roll. And I really think, in order for the Giants to win this game, they have to rely on Tyrone Tracy in order to open up the field for that of Malik Neighbors and Daniel Jones. Fire up Tracy.

Speaker 2:

That's right. We're going to Erykah Badu this shit. You better call Tyrone Help. You get your shit. All right, my second hit it today. Baby, it's going to be Darnell Mooney. Darnell Mooney, darnell Mooney of the Atlanta Falcons. They're playing at New Orleans. Now we just talked about New Orleans trading off Marshawn Lattimore. They've got to love that. They also fired their head coach, dennis Allen. Listen, man, this team's playing for next year.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so this defense, darnell Mooney's going to be looking at secondary coverage here in the secondary Drake London. He's day-to-day right now with a hip pointer. He could play, but he's banged up. Man, I think Darnell Mooney is going to really have a chance. He is the wide receiver 12 right now. That's very surprising, Very surprising. He's had six or more targets in seven of the last nine games. I'm loving that. That will certainly increase with Drake London being banged up. He's got over 80 receptions in four or 80 yards receiving in four of those games as well, and he scored a touchdown in each of the last two games. Man, the arrow is pointing up for Darnell Mooney and there is no reason to believe that this is going to stop this week. Start Darnell.

Speaker 1:

Love it, john, and just want to call that out too. We also said to start Darnell Mooney last week. And to your point, john nine targets, five receptions, 88 yards and a touchdown. And even in week eight, man, when you were talking to him up six targets, four receptions, 86 yards, one touchdown. Guys, darnell Mooney is playing out of his mind. Love it, john. And you know what? For my third hitter, what about a little simpatico here? Baby, give me a football and I'm going to drop back a little bit, act like Mr Kirk over here with the chain and throw it to my boy, johnny Darnell Mooney over there. I'm starving Kirk Cousins, baby at New Orleans. And Donnie Darnold Mooney over there, I'm starving Kirk Cousins, baby at New Orleans.

Speaker 1:

And the reason being is exactly a lot of what you said, with some of the moves that they went away from Marshawn Lattimore, but even more so, kirk Cousins has seven passing touchdowns in the last two games and only 11 incompletions in those games. And, by the way, they played against Dallas and they played against Tampa. Okay, so they had to and they played against Tampa, okay, so they had to keep pace with these teams. In addition, we look at what Bryce Young did against New Orleans. Right, he's been terrible all year long, atrocious, and he still threw for over 170 yards and a touchdown. Again, new Orleans you mentioned it. They fired Dennis Allen Team is in shambles, looking for a complete rebuild. They're looking to save cap space in any way, shape or form that they can. This is the time that Kirk Cousins, in a divisional game, truly puts his shit on a table and says you know what Time to take the Falcons to the next level. Start Kirk Cousins where you can and as often as you can this week, all right.

Speaker 2:

Bring the ice, baby. Bring the ice. All right, my third hit it here, Frankie. My third and final start of the week, it's going to be DeAndre Swift of the Chicago Bears versus New England this week. Now I'm picking on. It's not fair, I know I'm picking on New England a bit. I said to start Tony Pollard last week against New England and guess what? He fucking torched the Patriots defense last week with over 150 scrimmage yards. This screams DeAndre Swift. He's currently the running back 17. He's averaging over 15 points a game in a full PPR. He's very involved in the passing game, which I do see a lot of. This week against New England, four of the last five games played, he's got over 20 touches and over 100 scrimmage yards. Man, I think DeAndre Swift is going to have one of those week-winning weeks for you in fantasy. Fire him up, baby. Get Swift on the field. All right, frankie? Who are you going to quit this week? Who are we nervous about? Who do you not like John?

Speaker 1:

I am super, super nervous and I'm quitting the jacksonville jaguars running backs you heard it plural both, all of them, every single one of them. The reason being guys, they're playing minnesota. Minnesota's rush defense is awesome, their defense in in its entirety is phenomenal. And, man, here's the issue when both running backs are active and available, they're pulling away from each other. There's not one that can really get a groove going. Sometimes Etienne looks okay and then Tank Batesby looks okay, and then they shift back.

Speaker 1:

And the issue is, if you have one or the other or both, you're in purgatory and it sucks. Don't go into purgatory right now. And here's what I mean. Etn last week John, three carries, 24 yards, two receptions on three targets for six yards, dog shit and what should have been a very positive game script when they were coming back and then coming back in terms of the game flow. And then you look at Tank Bigsby coming back in terms of the game flow. And then you look at Tank Bigsby, he had eight rushes for 22 yards and absolutely no targets. And so for me, man, when looking at this again, they're playing a top defense in the NFL. This screams sit. So look elsewhere when you're looking at those Jacksonville running backs this week.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's tough, frankie, you and I are in that league that we share together the Battle of the Brands. Yeah, shout out to the Fantasy Football Hustler man Love this league. It's a lot of fun. It's fun, we're holding strong, we're in the third position here, so we're doing well.

Speaker 2:

Yeah we're doing well, but man, we've been struggling with those Jacksonville running backs. We've got both Bigsby and ET end and man, it's been brutal. It's been really, really tough. So, yeah, I'm with you on that. I feel great about sitting in this week, man, and looking for better options. That's great. All right, my first quiddit. Now listen, frankie, I, you know I'm putting myself. I. I looked there's a lot of fantasy analysts out there that have this guy as a start of the week and you know what, I don't fucking care. I like swinging for the fences and you know what? If I'm wrong, blast me all over TikTok and Instagram and YouTube. I'm fine with it, but I just have a feeling I don't like this guy this week.

Speaker 2:

I'm going to sit Rico Dowdle running back for the Dallas Cowboys. They're playing at home against Philadelphia this week. Dowdle had a very, very strong week last week. I know that, yeah, zeke was a healthy scratch because he's an asshole. He didn't come into practice or something, so he was a healthy scratch because of disciplinary. He will play this week, though, but let me tell you why I don't like Rico Dowdle this week.

Speaker 2:

Okay, eagles are fifth in rushing defense. Believe it or not, the Eagles have a very good rush defense. Dak's going to be out. You're going to have Cooper Rush or you're going to have Trey Lance starting, ceedee Lamb also being banged up. I just think this screams one-dimensional. I think it's going to be very easy to stack the box on these guys and make Cooper Rush beat you. They're not going to allow Dowdle to be running the ball all the time here against this defense. He's only had double-digit carries three times this year and he has zero rushing touchdowns. So I know he had a good week last week, but I do think he's going to come back down to earth and I'm planting my flag on it and I'm going to call it right now baby Sit Rico Dowdle.

Speaker 1:

And John. To add to your credit there, rico Dowdle did have a phenomenal game last week, but when you look at Philly and what they had done, they ended up playing that of the Jacksonville Jaguars, and it was just what I was talking about in regards to how they were able to stop ETN. And Tank Bigsby who, tank bigsby, who tank bigs me has actually been averaging very, very good yardage on a Yardage per carry. So for me, man, yeah, it's gonna be a tough sit, but I like it, dude Totally makes sense the.

Speaker 2:

The only thing that makes me nervous is he could get more catches out of the backfield, you know being a security blanket for you know a secondary quarterback like cooper rush. That's where I could be wrong here, but I'm still sitting by it, man, let me ask you a question, real quick, totally catching off guard here, would you?

Speaker 1:

who would you? Who would you start over rico downell this week if you had to think about it? John, just mulling shit over here, right? So if I have rico downell, maybe I'm asking you selfishly here, right after you know I may kick, may or may have not kicked your ass this week. So who would you be starting over rico dowd? If you're in the position you're like fuck man, I'm. I have maybe nick chubb on by, or maybe naji and and or not naji, but uh, kenneth walker, zach charbonnet, somebody like that who would you be looking to fire up over Rico?

Speaker 2:

Dowdle. I'd be starting Chase Brown over Rico Dowdle. I'd be starting Tony Pollard over Rico Dowdle. I think I would start Romandre Stevenson over Rico Dowdle. Yeah, I think I would. Yeah, let me take a look here and see what else. Yeah, I mean, you're starting Kareem Hunt over Rico Dowdle. I'd start your boy Tyrone. I'm going to call Tyrone man. Tyrone, get him out there, love it, absolutely, absolutely. But that's about the range there I may get, not this week, not this week.

Speaker 1:

Even if Brian Robinson is out.

Speaker 2:

If Brian Robinson is out, then I would start Austin Eckler over Dowdle. Yeah, it's just a pure volume play and he's going to get a ton of catches out of the backfield.

Speaker 1:

Yep, love it, man. Johnny Boy, my second quiddit is going to be Quinton Johnston versus Tennessee. People are going to go crazy for him on the waiver wire. People are going to look at him and fire him up in the flex, and here's why I'm not buying this shit. John, outside of a broken TD play, he would have had a subpar day. What is the subpar day? Well, let me tell you, he would have had 52 yards and three receptions and full PPR. That's eight points and half PPR, maybe seven, six and a half right Things like that Not great. So you take away the broken play. That 66-yard touchdown bomb not a fan.

Speaker 1:

In addition, tennessee's defense is playing really well and so for me, man, obviously, yeah, the Chargers are rocking and rolling. I mean, justin Herbert's looking good. Jk Dobbins is back into form. Man, is he fun to watch right now? But you also have all these other receivers there, like Joshua Palmer, ladd McConkie, etc. That it's just like, hey, one of these guys are going to hit a week and maybe a few aren't, and I'm not willing to put week 10 on Quentin Johnson as my flex. So for me, man, I am sitting Quentin Johnson this week.

Speaker 2:

Okay, my final sit of the week.

Speaker 2:

Once again, I'm taking a swing and I'm taking a chance. I'm asking for it. Kill me on TikTok, baby, let's go. I want to see it, yeah, but you know what, if I'm right, you know what you're going to see all over fucking TikTok is you're going to see this clip of me talking about sitting this guy, just like I did last week with CJ Stroud. That was a ballsy pick, but guess what? Cj Stroud got you? Just a couple of points. In fantasy, I think it was less than three points. Sure, did All. Right, let's see if I can be right.

Speaker 2:

This week Again, I'm going to sit another star quarterback. It's going to be Kyler Murray. Kyler Murray, the quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, playing at home against the New York Jets. I think you see where I'm going with this one man. Kyler Murray struggled last week against Chicago a lot. He was 13 for 20 for 154 yards and zero touchdowns.

Speaker 2:

Last week Kyler Murray was the QB 30. Qb 30 last week, man, the Jets. They're number two in pass yards allowed, averaging only 158 yards per game. The Jets are also number two in passing touchdowns allowed, with six all season. They've given up six passing touchdowns all season. Man. It's crazy. Marvin Harrison Jr certainly will be lost in the sauce. I think it's going to be a great battle between the two of those guys. Can't wait to see it. But I think Kyler Murray is going to struggle. He hasn't had the wheels in the past few weeks on the ground as much. I think he's going to struggle with that as well. If he's not going to give you a big rushing floor, he's going to struggle Again. Qb 30 last week. I'm not rolling him out against the Jets this week. Sit, kyler Murray.

Speaker 1:

John question on that in terms of Kyler Murray and actually more in terms of the Cardinals versus the Jets. What do you feel about Marvin Harrison Jr? A lot of people have them on their team. We're getting questions constantly about when to start him, who to start over him, because it's been kind of miserable, even though he is the receiver. 23 at this point in time. I mean, john, we're looking at and this is the last few games 4.4 points. He had 28 points against Miami. He had five points against the chargers. He had, you know, six points against San Francisco and then in weeks two through four he had 35, 18, and 16. Basically, is he kind of boom bust, do you like? Are you nervous of starting him this week? Obviously with you sitting, kyler Murray, but I mean, talk to me a little bit like for a lot of these guys that are looking to have Marvin Harrison on their team.

Speaker 2:

It's tough I mean with the injuries and the bye weeks. It's really difficult to sit Marvin Harrison just because you need starting receivers on your team. But, yeah, I would absolutely temper expectations. If you're in a 10-man league or an eight-man league, you've got other options. Absolutely, look at sitting Marvin Harrison Jr for sure. He's only averaging 9.6 points a game in fantasy and half PPR, not even double digits here. So that's not an automatic start. And when you play defenses like this, I mean he struggled against Chicago as well, against good defenses. This Arizona Cardinals team does struggle on offense. So yeah, I would absolutely temper your expectations with Marv.

Speaker 1:

John Marvin Harrison Jr. Would you rather, marvin Harrison Jr, darnell Mooney?

Speaker 2:

Darnell Mooney this week without even a question, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Marvin Harrison Jr or Tyreek Hill.

Speaker 2:

Tyreek Hill. Yeah, absolutely, man. This is a week to get Tyreek back. This is the week man, Get the cheetah back. I want to see a two-touchdown game out of Tyreek Hill this week. Give me 130 yards in the air and two tutties for Tyreek this week. I want to see it. We need it. We need it. We need it. Fire him up. That's right. All right, guys. That is the episode for the day.
