Week 11 Fantasy Football - Injury News - Starts & Sits
Every playoff race needs a map. We lay out a no-nonsense Week 11 plan you can trust, cutting through the noise to highlight the players who actually move the needle: Jalen Warren as a confident start, De’Von Achane with true top-three upside, and Khalil Shakir stepping into meaningful PPR volume while Dalton Kincaid heals. We also tackle the tough questions you’ve been avoiding—why Troy Franklin may now be the better play than Courtland Sutton, how to manage the Bears’ WR roulette without tilting your roster, and why the safest path to points is leaning on roles over names.
We dig into the biggest storylines from Week 10 and flip them into actionable calls. Miami’s offense is roaring again, buoyed by Achane’s burst and Waddle’s steady targets. Denver’s offense? More fragile than the record suggests, which makes selective exposure smart. The Steelers finally look ready to feature Jalen Warren, and the numbers support a top-12 week. In Texans-Titans, Woody Marks’ 80 percent snap share matters, and Tajay Spears is the buy-low profile with a friendly schedule and receiving usage that plays in December.
There’s more: a clean injury and IR checklist so you can poach value others forgot—Joe Burrow’s activation window, plus stashes like Jaden Reed, Brandon Aiyuk, Omarion Hampton, and Bucky Irving. We make the case to fade Chiefs running backs against Denver, outline safe pivots like Charbonnet and Spears, and call out where to chase upside without wrecking your floor. If you need a steady flex, Alec Pierce has quietly become a weekly PPR option. If you’re streaming in superflex, Marcus Mariota can cover a week with rushing juice and manageable volume.

All right, guys, week 10 is in the books, but not to worry, Frankie and Johnny have your back. We're gonna give you some good advice on some starts and sits, some of the big headlines coming up here in week 11, and we're gonna take a look at some of these injuries. Let's go. All right, all right, all right, welcome to the show. This is the Franklin Fantasy Football Podcast. We are your host, Frankie and Johnny. Welcome in. Rolling right into week 11, Frankie, double-digit weeks. We're getting close to the truth here, man.
SPEAKER_00:Man, let me tell you, we got four weeks, man. Four weeks including this week. So we got 11, 12, 13, 14. Nah, five weeks including this week until actual playoffs, man. It's just, it's madness. I don't know about everybody else, man, but we're in a few leagues to where there are a ton of five and five, a ton of six and four, and a ton of four and six. It is as tight as it can be.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. This is the time of year, guys. You gotta start planning these remaining bye weeks. You gotta start planning for that. Trade deadlines are gonna be coming up here real soon in the next few weeks. Uh, make sure you're planning for this stuff, guys. You're don't be caught without anybody ready to go, okay? You've got to plan, especially if you're fighting for these playoff spots. Now is the time. Every start matters, every point matters to break those ties and to be that high point man in your league. Let's go. We got your back. Let's get going today, Frankie. Frankie, today we're gonna talk a little bit about last week and some of the headlines and what went down. We're gonna look at the injuries moving forward into week 11, and we're gonna talk about some of the big games, some of the good starts. Oh, give you guys just a little piece of something that you might be able to take away for week 11. Just a little taste, like a drug dealer, right? If you do not hit this, we have a problem, Frankie. That's right.
SPEAKER_00:That is right.
SPEAKER_01:That's how I go about fantasy football. All right. Guys, thank you so much for joining us. Please follow us on social media. Social media is where it's at. We get so much just interaction and fun with the community on TikTok and on Instagram, Frankly Fantasy Football. And please don't forget to like, subscribe, share, hit that notification bell, guys. It's gonna tell you every week when our episodes are coming out. All right, Frankie, a little bit about last week here. Let's let's talk a little bit here. Miami Vice Baby. That's what it says on the show notes here. Miami Vice Baby. So what are we talking about here? Break this down. Really weird game between the Bills. Really weird and the dolphins. Talk to me about it, man.
SPEAKER_00:Well, guys, but like as we're diving in Miami Vice style, you get your pina colada, you're mixing that up with a gorgeous strawberry daiquiri, and you're just doing a little twist and swirl, kind of like what A-Chan did, twist and swirled all the way around that Buffalo defense, man. It was incredible. I mean, they couldn't stop him. He was a freak. A-Chan rushed for 174 yards, two touchdowns, six targets, six receptions, and an additional 51 yards receiving. Guys, what this shows is there are some issues in that Buffalo Bills defense. I mean, Tua wasn't really cutting them up. Sure, he had a good, I mean, he threw a couple good ones to Waddle, who finished with seven targets, five receptions, 84 yards at a touchdown. And dude, when you even look at Josh Allen, I mean, he's still through for over 300 yards. Yeah, he had a bad pick in the red zone that totally would have changed potentially the dynamic of that game. But man, what it came down to is the Dolphins defense against James Cook. And what we're seeing, man, yeah, what we're seeing the first half of the year, the Dolphins were the laughing stock of the universe next to Cincinnati from a rush defense. Now we're starting to see them, you know, check James Cook, check Bajan Robinson, check some of these other guys, and it's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, something's happening here. So, man, just gotta give credit where credit's due. Dolphins, baby, go enjoy your trip in Miami. Crazy, crazy win.
SPEAKER_01:Crazy. Wow. All right, I feel like that we can't go past a week, Frankie, without talking about the Colts again. What? Can't a goddamn finish by the how about the finish by the Indiana teams? I I must say, I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Let's talk about IU for one second that catch me in the back of the. I just got the goosebumps too. I'm watching it here in Arizona. I'm in Sedona. I got a big screen TV behind me that folds down here, and we were watching college football. That catch was amazing. It was incredible. It was perfect. The foot came down perfectly in bounds. It was just so good. Gorgeous.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, John, it was probably the catch of the year. And I just have to say, to that point, Gus Johnson, shout out to you on the call. I think he broke. Like he was like and I'm just like, that is that is classic. Somebody needs to save that for eternity. That is Gus Johnson as an analyst, a reporter. Like, dude, he was so on the call, phenomenal. So, yes, dude, what a hell of a game by Heis Mendoza. Is that where we're going with this? Heis Mendoza. I like him. Him and Julian Saiyans.
SPEAKER_01:So we'll see what happens, man. I love it, man. Yeah, I think I think the co or the uh the announcer gave a little, oh yeah.
SPEAKER_00:It's it pretty much.
SPEAKER_01:That was great. But keeping it in Indiana, let's talk about the Colts here, man. I mean, JT, we talked about how half of his games up to the last week we talked about, I think it was two weeks ago we talked about it. Half of his games played, he had three or more touchdowns. Sure, we've had two games since then, Frankie shows surely he's broken that streak, right? Surely. No. Surely.
SPEAKER_00:No. He still has don't call me Shirley. And do not call me Shirley, Temple, okay? So he has five games of still three or more touchdowns. Guys, that's insane. That's insane. And here's here's something else that's interesting. You ready? Jonathan Taylor has 17 total touchdowns this year so far. Okay. The Browns as a team have 16. The Saints and the Raiders as a team have 15. And the Tennessee Titans as a team have 11. Jonathan Taylor himself has 17 touchdowns. Damn it. If he's not MVP at this front, if front runner MVP at this point in time, I know we talked about Baker three weeks ago because everything's fluid. Everything changes week to week here. And then we, you know, Stafford and Drake May are certainly making their case. Guys, I don't think we're we've seen, even with Saquon, what he did last year, I don't think we've seen a running back year since probably Adrian Peterson in 2012. That's how good. That is how good Jonathan Taylor is. At this point in time, if everything were to stop, he's MVP. I think it's not even a question.
SPEAKER_01:It's crazy. It's absolutely crazy. My God. All right. How about Alec Pierce, though? You want to talk about a surprise every week flex start for you right now? It's every week. And it seems like that is exactly what happens.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah. John, it's crazy. You mean the number 37 receiver on the year? He's cracking top 37. I mean, guys, it's big time for a guy who was pretty much undrafted. And you look at what he's done, let's look at it from a PPR standpoint. Full PPR here, guys, in the last four weeks alone. Okay. Full PPR, last four weeks. I'm going to list them all. Uh, 15.8 fantasy points in week seven against that of the Chargers. In week eight, nine point nine fantasy points. Almost broke the double digit again. In week nine, twenty point five, and in week ten, eighteen point four. And here's what's fascinating. What we're seeing, John, from his game log standpoint is it's not just a one or two or three target ball anymore. Here's what he's garnered in the last four weeks from a target share standpoint. 10 targets, five receptions. Week seven. Week eight, five targets, two receptions. Week nine, thirteen, six receptions, and week 10, 7 targets, 4 receptions. Welcome to the fucking show. Alec Pierce. Yeah, baby. Fire him up. Absolutely fire him up.
SPEAKER_01:All right, let's talk a little bit about Denver here, man. Are we getting worried about Denver, Frankie? Bo Nick's and the Cortland Sutton stack almost lost my way. I won by 0.55 points. I saw that. That was and Bo Nick's and Cortland Sutton tried to fuck me out of this week. They totally did. They did now. What are we doing? Are we getting nervous here, man? What's happening a little bit with this Denver offense?
SPEAKER_00:I'm a little nervous. I'm a little nervous because that should have been a game that they should have won handedly. They are an 8-2 team. At that point, they were seven and two. It should have been a game that they run away with. And boy oh boy, thank God for their defense being as good as what they were. I mean, man, Bo Nicks was making some not correct reads. Cortland Sutton just wasn't the guy, really, that game. And really, you know, we're going to talk about that in a minute. But also that Dobbins getting banged up. How is that going to change the dynamic of this offense, knowing he was such a staunch runner? And now you have RJ Harvey, who has been more the pass catcher role. Can they supplement a lot of what he's doing from Dobbins' perspective into RJ Harvey and then bring in Batty? So for me, man, I'm I'm a little bit uncomfortable, I think is the best way to put it. This is probably the most uncomfortable I've been with an eight-and-two team in the NFL. And then thinking about it from a fantasy perspective, I mean, we gotta see Bo Knicks do a lot more than what we've seen there.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I agree with you 100% here, man. Uh, what about the Bears? Uh, every week I talk about the Bears, Frank. I do we have any more clarity? Can you please give me some idea of what I'm supposed to do with the goddamn Bears offense?
SPEAKER_00:John, this is so. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. Are they legit or are they lucky? That's what we need to start figuring out. And I we still don't have answers. I mean, they were down 20 to 10 against the Giants when Jackson Dart was playing. He gets hurt, goes out with a concussion, Russ goes in there, thank the Lord for the Bears, and their offense looks abysmal. And then the Bears were able to come back and win it 24 to 20. And so for me, man, I had Jackson Dart still played, I don't know if the Bears are winning that game. And and yeah, we're seeing Caleb Williams doing well from a fantasy perspective. I mean, it's really good to see over the last two weeks, especially, but it's totally what we called out, man, leading into week 10. We said the bears are very interesting because you're not sure who's gonna pop when. We talked about it. Uh uh DJ Moore in week nine, 20 plus points in in fantasy football. And Romadunze, a big fat donut, goose egg. We talked about him eating those stale donuts, right? Then you come back to week 10. Guess who was eating steel or stales steel, stale donuts uh this week? It was DJ Moore, zero points, and Romadunze, right? Big week with 10 targets, six receptions, 86 yards, and a touchdown. I mean, so dude, we don't know. And then you see DeAndre Swift come back, looks very good. And then Manongai, I mean, has looked very good. I mean, pretty much the last few weeks, and totally took a back seat. Had had he not had the touchdown, it would have been a completely different story. So for me, man, I don't know. It's any given week. And I'll tell you the piece that I would want to own on this fair's offense is Caleb Williams, because at least he's the one passing the ball and and um getting it into the playmakers' hands. But it's tough.
SPEAKER_01:It is tough because I I think you do start Caleb Williams because you've got he's gonna get you what he needs to get. Totally. The issue is the receiving game. You don't know which of those guys are gonna get the ball. And unfortunately, if you've got Roma Dunze and you've got DJ Moore, odds are pretty good you have to start those guys. And you're just gonna have to start them and hope for the best. Because one week it's gonna be Rome, one week it's gonna be DJ Moore. Now, I do think you can start the uh running backs. There's not a lot of great, there's no easy games ahead here for the running game for the Bears, but I do think you could start those running backs. Manong guy's getting the goal line work, Monungai's getting some touchdowns. DeAndre Swift is definitely the man on that team and getting the workload. So I think you could start those guys, but yeah, I'm sorry, guys, if you've got the receivers on the Bears, unless you can move them, unless you can start another option, but that could be frustrating too because you could start them in the wrong week. It might be just a boomerang situation where one guy scores, the other guy doesn't, and then they flip-flop the other week. So sorry, I wish we had better advice for you on this one, guys, but that's probably just how things actually are. All right, so Frankie, the Panthers beat the Packers at the Packers, then they lose to the Abysmal Saints. I I I mean, does this just show us that this is not a great team, but it's an improving team, and they're gonna be a little up and down?
SPEAKER_00:John, you nailed it. Guys, and that's a beautiful way to put it. They are not a great team, but they are improving. And what's interesting too is when we when Bryce Young plays well, the team is doing well. Actually, their defense isn't that bad. Like you see, Jace Horn, who's a really good cornerback making plays, etc. So for me, they have a foundational piece-ish, but I mean, it's really tough. When Bryce Young is having a day like 124 yards and one interception. I mean, you can't have that, man. And it's it just sucks. And then the the flip side is are we seeing optimism with the Saints? I mean, I know this is crazy, but I mean, they took Tyler Shug right in the second round, and all of a sudden he's this week, he's a I mean, what Jordan Love couldn't do against the Panthers defense is what Tyler Shug was able to do against the Panthers defense. I mean, top 10 QB this week, 282 yards and two touchdowns without Rashid Shaheed. Welcome to the show. Chris Olave full go. Yeah, I mean, this is really interesting, man. We're gonna have to keep tabs on the show.
SPEAKER_01:We sure did. Yes, we did. Whether he got Rashid got moved, it was going to be a good situation for Olave. Yep. We said to trade from I did, Frankie, and I'm enjoying it, baby. Yep. Yep. Uh, and Tedaro McMillan, man. I mean, really, you know, kind of the upside to him, it seems like it's kind of gone. Like, yeah, yeah. I mean, he's scoring double digit points. He's around that nine to fourteen, you know, yeah, points. So I is he just kind of a set it and forget it flex with little upside at this point with a nice floor. I mean, that's really how we have to look at him, right? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00:He's a great floor piece, guys. His ceiling is completely capped, but good floor pieces that are still scoring double digits are totally have a place on a roster, especially during bye weeks or injuries. But yeah, like just level set expectation, guys. He's somebody that is absolutely a floor piece and not a ceiling. Absolutely.
SPEAKER_01:All right, talk to me about the Patriots, man. Patriots looking damn good. We've been talking about Drake May. Yeah, man. I mean, they are just firing on all cylinders right now. Uh-huh. Talk to me about this Patriots Tampa Bay game.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, this was a phenomenal game for those who had the opportunity to watch it. It was very close, five-point win by the Patriots. And Drake May, guys, looks really, really, really good. Like, really good. And so, and then you start seeing, you know, Trevion Henderson. Hey, we talked about it. I just want to double down and say it again, man. 147 yards, two touchdowns. Yeah. I mean, this is what you want to see from your second round running back pick. And we've seen it all year long, previously last year, from Ohio State, right here. So we know that he is a boom type of back. And it was great to see, man. I mean, and then Drake May, right, talked about it 270 yards, two touchdowns. Yeah, he threw a pick, but my God, he looks incredible, man. And and shout out to Diggs. I have to call this out because there was an onside kick that couldn't have been kicked better. And I mean, it was a perfect three bounce kick, came up. He knew he was gonna get destroyed. And he got rocked. He got rocked, and he held on. And my God, that was a leadership moment to where we've kind of, you know, weighed a waned a little bit with seeing Stefan Diggs being a true leader, being more of a diva. And my God, it was in that moment. I I seriously, I'm like, no, no, no, this Patriots team's legit. Like when you have your guy who's a quote unquote diva, who historically hasn't done that level of shit, who then does that, puts his body on the line for this. You have a young quarterback, a young running back, a Vrabel as the head coach. Defense is looking pretty damn good. I'm a believer in the pass, man. Talk to me about Baker.
SPEAKER_01:Talk to me about Baker and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
SPEAKER_00:Here's here's the deal. They are, in my opinion, they are the runaway at this point in time for the NFC South. They should win the NFC South handedly. I understand that the Saints, Panthers, and Falcons, they're trying to vibe for positioning pretty much the Panthers and the Falcons at this point, but it's it's the Buccaneers and they look excellent. I mean, think about how different that game would be is if he had even a smidge of a defense at this point in time, being the Buccaneers. I mean, they're they're really bad right now. And then you layer on what Baker's able to do 273 three yards and three touchdowns without Bucky Irving, without Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, and and without uh McMillan. Guys, this is all with Tez Johnson and Ibuka. I mean, so you gotta, dude, I hot take. Maybe it's not a hot take. I want to see Baker be one of the highest paid people in the NFL. And I want to see it just as a fuck you to the Browns, but I also want to see it just because he deserves it. Because I mean, what he's doing for that team is nothing short of incredible. I'm I'm all on the Baker train, man. And it's good to see the NFL is a good product when Baker's playing good.
SPEAKER_01:All right, last thing here about this week. Well, almost last thing. We're gonna talk a little bit of shit here before we're done with last week's recap. But uh a healthy Ravens team, man. Uh, this is a whole different team. This is a whole different thing we're dealing with. Why how is this possible that the best player on the Ravens defense happens to be Lamar Jackson now, too? He comes back and the defense just starts playing all of a sudden. How does that work, man? Break that.
SPEAKER_00:I mean, dude, it's because he's able to extend drives, defense is refreshed, they're motivated, they have something to fight for. You have your leader back on the field who's able to get them amped up. I mean, no offense to Cooper Rush. You're not that guy. You're a good backup, but you're not Lamar previous two-time, three-time MVP. Dude is a superstar. And so for me, man, you're exactly right. The best thing, obviously, that could have ever happened to this team is Lamar's healthy. But the second best thing that ever happened to this defense is Lamar is healthy. And the dude, I'm telling you guys, watch what happens with the Ravens. I know they're behind the Steelers right now, but they have a cream puff schedule coming up, and they are getting better and healthier each week. I'm just saying, they could hit gold at the right time with a down and weird AFC right now.
SPEAKER_01:All right, Frankie, last thing from this past week here. Um, you know, the Jets pretty surprising trades here at the trade deadline with Quentin Williams, with Sauce Gardner. I mean, these guys are clearly on a fire sale, which made me happy because I'm a Browns fan. You're a Browns fan as well. Yeah. So I thought, oh my God, this is great. The Browns get to play a team who's tanking. Easy victory, Frankie. Easy, easy dub. How'd that game go, man?
SPEAKER_00:Suck. Duck. If you're a Browns fan, it couldn't have been worse. I'll be honest with you. I mean, two, two touchdowns on special teams in the first quarter. That's absurd. That's that's absurd. And then I don't understand the I don't understand Dylan Gabriel anymore. I mean, I get it. Like, okay, see what you got from a rookie. We now have a sample size that's very large. He's progressively getting worse. He's not making proper reads, and yet Stefansi wants to stand on him, like plant his flag, and this is our guy. I'm telling you, man, we're heading as a Browns, fandom, big time fans. We live in, I live in the area. We're heading for a massive rebuild, and we're just gonna have to see what happens. When you're losing against the team that's actively tanking, that's a problem. So we'll see what happens.
SPEAKER_01:Hey, put your money where your mouth is, guys. Stop spending money on these shitty Browns. They're not getting the message, they're taking advantage of us. Then they want to tax everybody for a brand new stadium. They don't deserve a new stadium. Sorry, I'm gonna get off my soapbox, but that's that's how I feel. I'm sorry, guys. All right, Frankie, let's get to the news, baby. Let's do it.
SPEAKER_00:Let's see what you must.
SPEAKER_01:News and notes. All right, let's blast through the news here. Um, nothing devastating, but let's get some updates on a few guys here. Yeah, no kidding. Don't have to bring out the bell this week. Thank God, Frankie. Dalton Kincaid, tight end for the Buffalo Bills, has a hamstrings considered week to week. Week to week means likely to miss this week, guys, and potentially next week. So keep that in mind. Um also at the same time, fire up uh Khalil Shakir. Taking advantage of those. And Dawson Knox. Absolutely, yeah. All right, Garrett Wilson, he's been out for a few weeks, Frankie, uh, with a knee injury. Now news has come out that it's looking like he's gonna miss three to four more weeks, it's looking like here. Uh so keep that in mind here, guys, if you are the Garrett Wilson owner. Got some players to watch here for week 11 status. Uh Jaden Daniels trying to get a second opinion here on what he's got going on. Right now, Daniels and McLaurin are gonna be out for week 11, so make adjustments there. Joe Burrow, we got a little news on Joe Burrow. They're just teasing us here. I know as soon as everybody everyone saw that news, and what did they do? They immediately went to their waiver wave. Waver and look to see if Joe Burrow's in there, you know, and see what kind of psychopaths have been sitting on him in their IR for the entire year, you know. But uh yeah, keep an eye on that. They've opened his 21-day window. Uh, so which means he he could play here in the next three weeks. Um, Frankie, are you are you looking to get him out there immediately if he's ready to go and you've got him on your team?
SPEAKER_00:Hell yeah. Absolutely, guys. I mean, because he's I mean, he's that level of talent. So if he is on the field, no question about it, I'm firing him up. And guys, I'll be honest with you. John, I'm cracking up, you're cracking up. We're both in our heads. We're like, yeah, motherfucker, I'm going after him on the waivers. I mean, like all of us are over here. Yeah. So yeah, I mean, go after Joe Burrow. Go after and inside, guys, check out the other IR slots or the other players on IR. As we're getting closer and closer to playoffs, be checking that because there might be guys that are coming off that people may have dropped that that are completely forgotten about, or others that may have been a part of trades that now they're like, I'm gonna just, you know, send them over to the wayside, check the IR availability on the waiver. You might find some gold.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, a couple of guys to look for. Jaden Reed could be a potential out there.
SPEAKER_00:We could agree call.
SPEAKER_01:We could see him before the fantasy playoffs. Brandon Ayuk is another guy on IM. Jaden Daniels. Jaden Daniels, absolutely. Um, Omarion Hampton, he could have been dropped. So check on that, guys. No status on him as of yet, uh, but he is looking at potentially making a November comeback here. So keep an eye on that, guys. Bucky Irving as well. Somebody may have been frustrated and dropped Bucky. So just take a look and make sure these guys aren't out there, guys. And if they are, put them on your IR. If you've got the space on your bench, get them there. These could be guys that could help you during your playoffs. So let's go. Uh, Bam Knight. We've got an ankle injury there. Keep an eye on him. Aronde Gadson, tight end rookie sensation for the Chargers. Uh, it's a quad bruise right now. It's considered day-to-day, so keep an eye on that. You may have to make other plans for him this week. Um, let's see here. Devontae Adams left the game with an oblique injury. Sean McVeigh said he could have returned to the game if it was closer, but worth monitoring this week. Jackson Dart, quarterback for the New York football Giants, left the game with a concussion. Take a look at that. Like we said, guys, it's about 50-50 to get back on the field the next week. So keep an eye on Jackson Dart here. Brock Purdy. Oh, Kyle Shanahan. Do you have any updates on do you have any lies you want to feed me on Brock Purdy this week, Kyle? Oh, you do. Okay. Uh, let's see here. It looks like he could return. Thanks, Kyle Shanahan. But after last week, uh, you said he could return before, and then you came out after the game. He's like, yeah, he wasn't even close. It's like, fuck you, Kyle. Okay. Guys, watch Friday's practice. I'm sure Frankie will have an update on Fridays with Frankie about Brock Purdy. Uh, but I'm not listening to Kyle Shanahan. He is a liar and has proven it to us. Uh, Chris Rodriguez, running back for the Washington Commanders, has a shoulder injury. Keep an eye on that. Romeo Dubs with a chest, wide receiver for the Packers. Um, and a Bucky Irving update here, guys. It doesn't look good right now. He's going to be a few more weeks here. Um, it's not looking like it's any time close. So, yeah, like I said, if you've got him in your IR slot, keep him there. If he's on the waiver wire, pick his ass up. But it is gonna be a bit before we can use him, guys. Football season is in full swing, guys. It's underway. Let's go. Underdog is the best place to get in all the action. Playing underdog is so easy, guys. Just pick whether your favorite players are gonna go higher or lower on stats like rushing yards, receptions, touchdowns, anything you can think of here, guys. Frankie, do we have a pick'em for everybody today?
SPEAKER_00:We do, guys. Hey, this week on underdog, we're gonna be looking at two players. It is Trevion Henderson, higher than 0.5 rushing or receiving touchdowns versus that of the Jets. And then we're also gonna look at Zach Ertz. Very interesting with all the injuries and things like that happening for the commanders. Seems to be one of Mariota's favorite targets. We're gonna go higher than 37 receiving yards against Miami in Spain. Love it.

Hope line at 1877 8 Hope NY or text Hope NY at 467369. Alright, man. Let's roll right into week 11 here. Week 11, we've got coming up, we've got two teams on by, guys. Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints. So good for you if you're playing the Jonathan Taylor owner this week. Great. You got a shot, guys. You've got a chance, okay? All right. All right, Frankie, let's look at the Thursday night game real quick here. This looks like uh could be interesting for fantasy here, man. Patriots versus the Jets on Thursday night. What are you thinking here?
SPEAKER_00:Fire up all Pats. That's all you gotta say. I mean, when you look at Justin Fields, guys, and the Jets, there's gonna be no Garrett Wilson. It's pretty much Brees Hall. That's it. And if the Browns were able to hold that of Justin Fields to 54 yards, I believe it netted out to being technically 42 yards passing. You heard that right. 42 yards passing. Um, the Patriots are gonna do nasty, dirty things to the Jets. So fire up the Jets. Trevion could have a big week, baby.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I love it. I love Trevion this week, man. We said, guys, this is a guy who is going to pick up steam at the end of the season. We said a couple of weeks to go to get him picked up, and you're getting close to when you can start him. Now is the time you can start him, guys. Fire him up and enjoy. Let's go. All right, we got a game in Spain, Frankie. Woo! Yeah, yeah, a game in Spain here, okay? Miami versus Washington. Let's send the best we have over to Spain and just show those guys. These are two just incredibly healthy, amazing teams. Let's go. This is what we this is the best export we have. I think we put a tariff on our NFL uh exports this week, guys. Yeah, let's send over the Washington Commanders to these guys. Um, all right, talk about this game here, man. I mean, Miami, you know, was a team that we were really worried about. They looked like shit. They're providing fantasy gold for us, man. I mean, a chan is a must-start, a top five running back, a guy you have to have. Um, what else are we looking at with this game, dude? What are you thinking?
SPEAKER_00:Guys, I mean, I just want to hit on the a-chan thing because again, Johnny, before the season, you had said, hey, this could be the year a chan breaks fantasy. And yeah, he might not be breaking it, but you said top five. I'm gonna change it just a bit. He's a top three bet. He is number three behind Jonathan Taylor and CMC, guys. A Chan is the real deal, and it's even more so since Tyree Kill has been out. So Achan, expect a big game, dare I say, fire him up on DFS. And then let's look elsewhere. You guys, as of right now, Waddle needs to be started. It shouldn't even be a question. He is the receiving attack with that of Achan. It is a one-two punch between the two of them, especially with Darren Waller out. Guys, you have to fire up Waddle, especially this week. And one other thing. So we know how beaten and battered Washington is. Okay, so we know that the the running back uh running backs have been kind of down. I mean, JCM was a 2.7 yards per carry last week. I mean, you have Chris Rodriguez who's banged up. You got Nichols coming in. He had five rushes for 25 yards. The receivers have been kind of all over the place. Here's the question. Do we consider Mariota in a super flex league? Is he even something that you consider? And I'll tell you what, the answer is yes. Here's why. When you look at what he did against that of the Detroit Lions, he was a top 15 quarterback. He was QB 13. He ended up throwing for over 200 yards and two touchdowns against Detroit, guys. But here's what's also crazy. He's doing it, he's doing pretty well on the ground. He ended up having 22 yards rushing, but the we um two weeks ago he had 28 yards rushing, and three weeks ago he had 34 yards rushing in complement to what he's been able to do through the past. So if you have Daniel Jones, if you had that of maybe Tyler Shug or you had Spencer Rattler and it was really thin, you waited on QB. Guys, maybe go and pick up Mariota and put him in as that super flex piece could be interesting.
SPEAKER_01:I've got Jackson Dart in my super flex, guys. We're not sure if he's gonna play this week. He's in concussion protocol. Great call. Mariota would be a great fill-in for that. Now we're not saying rest of season, we're saying this week against Miami in Spain. That's what we're talking about, guys. Uh, do not start any of the running backs for Washington. There's no chance they're gonna get that done. James Cook was bottled up to 50 yards last week. So they're gonna let Mariota try to kill them, is what they're gonna do. I guarantee it here, man.
SPEAKER_00:Urchie, baby.
SPEAKER_01:Let's go over here. Let's take a look at an NFC matchup here, man. We've got the Packers versus the Giants. The Packers, interesting fantasy team here, man. What are we gonna do with the Packers this week with the Giants?
SPEAKER_00:Packers have been a really interesting fantasy team, man. I mean, when we're seeing even the Monday night game against the Eagles, we saw last week against the Panthers. There's something weird happening, weird vibes with that of the Packers. And I mean, Josh Jacobs is the sure shot. Like, so you're gonna end up rolling with him. Of course, he's gonna be great against the Giants, should be great. But Romeo Dubbs is banged out. Some of the other receivers are banged out, banged up. Um Jaden Reed banged out, right? Uh Jaden Reed is also a little bit obviously still on IR. And so for me, man, and in Matthew Golden, shoulder injuries, still banged up. So Christian Watson and Luke Musgrave could be the two that rise to the surface. Christian Watson is absolutely going to be set up for success against the Giants this particular week. And then again, as I mentioned, Luke Musgrave taking over for Tucker Kraft, they didn't go out and make an acquisition. I agree with you, they should have gone for like an Njoku or something along those lines. Didn't end up happening, but therefore it left the door open for Musgrave. So for me, man, absolutely those two guys. And then when you look at the Giants here, Johnny, if Jackson Dart is out, I'm not starting anybody. I'm not starting a soul. I mean, if Russell Wilson is the quarterback, this team couldn't look any worse. They're probably the worst offensive team in the NFL if Russell is the quarterback, unfortunately. And so for me, man, it's all Packers this week. Go pack go.
SPEAKER_01:If you're desperate, I guess you could start Darius Slayton as an absolute garbage time. Maybe he gets a touchdown when they're, you know, down at the end of the game, but I wouldn't feel good about it, guys. Not unless you had to, believe me. All right, Frankie, let's move on here. This might be the start of the week for me this week is Jalen Warren, the Pittsburgh Steelers, man. Uh, we got the Steelers rolling into Cincy here. Talk about it, baby.
SPEAKER_00:Guys, this is John. I agree with you. To me, this is the start of the week. This is number one. Get excited if you have Jalen Warren. This is what we have been looking for. Again, they're playing Cincinnati. He is an RB2 shoe-in, an absolute beast of a flex. Three out of the last four weeks, guys, he's had double-digit points and half PPR. That's fantastic. And here's the other thing. Last week, there were only two carries that went to a different running back. What that tells me is it is Jalen Warren's show, and he is the sole guy right now. And when you're playing against a Cincinnati defense like that, knowing how bad also Aaron Rodgers played last week, I wouldn't be shocked if they're feeding him like crazy. Fire up Warren. He is the start of the week.
SPEAKER_01:All right. Hey, we got another one here, too, man, that I love. We talked about it, teased on it a little bit earlier in the news, but Khalil Shakir. Khalil Shakir, big time, baby. Yeah. I mean, he's just gotta be a start of the week, right?
SPEAKER_00:Definitely. I mean, guys, when you look at Khalil Shakir, he ended up having a really good game, even in turmoil against that of the Dolphins. He ended up having nine targets, seven receptions, 58 yards. And then the week previously, um, when they played Kansas City, even in not so good of a game script, he still had eight targets, seven receptions, 43 yards. Half PPR, it's a little bit tough. Full PPR, you love Khalil Shakur. And especially with Dalton Kincaid out and knowing that they're playing a Tampa Bay defense that just got cooked by Drake May, tell me that you don't think that the Buffalo Bills are looking for a massive bounce back week. This could also be the game of the week. Baker Mayfield versus that of Josh Allen in a must-win type of show. Love it. I love it too. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Do not expect the Bills to have two down weeks in a row like this. Get nice. All right. So the money you lost last week on the Bills with that great matchup, double down it this week. Let's roll it. Yeah. Let's roll in it. Yeah, let's go. All right, Woody Marks, man. Uh, looks really good actually as a running back. Left the game, scared me a little bit. I thought he was hurt, came back in. Um, but he he's definitely the man here. I mean, talk about uh we've got Houston versus Tennessee. This looks like an absolute shit show. Uh, but there is some fantasy value going to be coming from this game. Where is it?
SPEAKER_00:John, Woody Marks, baby. He is a guy that needs to be started. Two key callouts here. Number one, 80% snap share. 80% snap share. Guys, that he led the week before in week nine, 48, week eight, 40, week seven, 63. This is more than or just about double what he's done over the last two weeks alone. Yes, and against a Cincinnati or against a Tennessee Titans banged up team. I love this. And here's what's also great to see, and kind of shitty if you're a Browns fan. Nick Chubb only with five carries. Guys, Nick Chubb is gone. He doesn't have it anymore. And so if you need to drop him for a potential ceiling play or potentially package him up with another receiver to get a decent receiver two or flex, receiver three, do it. Try to trade Nick Chubb at this point in time to maybe somebody who has Jonathan Taylor or Alvin Kamara or something like that as a potential viable piece. The other key call out here, man, is that Tajay Spears, I'm circling that. This is a really bad matchup for him. Let me be crystal clear. Houston's defense is great. However, he's going to get serious pass catching work out of the backfield. In addition, what we're seeing is he has an uptick in snap share. And then you start looking at what it looks like for his schedule coming down the pike. Guys, after this with the Texans, it starts to ease up a bit. Tajay Spears could be the lead guy in that backfield from a fantasy output perspective. So try to buy him low.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I agree 100%, man. I mean, you look at their snapshare, their statistics are almost identical, but Tajay Spears is more efficient. He is running for more a carry. He's younger. I don't see them keeping Tony Pollard on this team next year. So I do see a shift to Tajay Spears rest of the season. So, guys, go out and try to get Tajay Spears. There's really no other fantasy value on this team. Calvin Ridley's been gone, still out with a hamstring injury. Uh, so it's Tajay Spears all the way, which doesn't take him off the field in the passing game. So he's the guy you're going to want to have. Uh, also for Houston, I know not a lot of fantasy value there, but take a look at Dalton Schultz as well, guys. At tight ends. Good call. You got some tight ends missing. 20 points this past week, man. 11 targets for Dalton Schultz. So I know the receivers. You can only start Nico, and you're just kind of going, oh shit. I hope for the best with Nico. Dalton Schultz in the meantime is getting some real play out there. Um, Frankie, let's move on here. A little, almost a kind of a would you rather? Not really. I need you to talk about these two receivers here. We talked about Denver a little bit, man, but what are we doing with Cortland Sutton versus Troy Franklin?
SPEAKER_00:Guys, it's time to have some uncomfortable conversations. You read it? You get time to have some uncomfortable conversations. All right, let's let's sit down. You know, I'm in the principal's office, close the door, let's have this uncomfortable conversation. Here you go. Cortland Sutton versus Franklin from the last four games. Sutton, 26 targets, 14 receptions, 208 yards, one touchdown. Okay. Troy Franklin, 37 targets, and these are again last four games. 37 targets, 18 receptions, 175 yards, four touchdowns. Listen, I'm not saying that there isn't a place for Corland Sutton, but what I am saying is that Troy Franklin and Bo Knicks have a ton of synergy from when they played together in college football. Okay? It's translating very well. And now we're starting to see a massive uptick. I mean, guys, we're talking 11 more targets in a four-game span to Troy Franklin over Cortland Sutton. Now, could it be because Cortland Sutton's drawing additional coverage? Sure. Could it be that Knicks is also looking to Franklin as the go-to guy? Could be. So here's the question is that if you have both Cortland Sutton and Franklin on your team, who do you play? Because you're realistically not going to play both. Guys, it's really hard to do this. But I am going to do it. I'm going to actually move off of Cortland Sutton and I'm going to put in Troy Franklin. It is gross, it is terrifying, and it is scary. But looking at the data backing it, looking at the synergy behind the two, it's really hard to deny this. It really is.
SPEAKER_01:I our defenses are shutting Cortland Sutton down. So Bonics is forced to spread the ball around, and Marvin Mims hasn't been on the field. So Troy Franklin's been the guy who's who's been getting. I mean, you look at the targets over the last few weeks, man. I mean, nine targets, ten targets, eight targets, ten targets in a four-week span. Four weeks is a trend, my friends. You know, this is a point. You got to get this guy out on the field. Now, I don't know if I've got the balls to start him over Cortland Sutton. I really don't know if I've got those nuts, man. And I know I know you do. So I can't wait to look at this next week to see how you know your call of starting Troy Franklin over Sutton's gonna play out. But yeah, if you've got Franklin, guys, get him in your lineup. He's an excellent flex player for you. He's been scoring touchdowns as well. More than the number one receiver on the team with Cortland Sutton.
SPEAKER_00:So Johnny, I don't hate it. I don't hate it. Question for you, because here's a real possibility that here's a real life scenario that I know others are running into. Let's say that you have Cortland Sutton and Troy Franklin. Yeah. And then you also have a Woody Marks um type of player. So what I'm getting at is would you rather start Cortland Sutton and Troy Franklin or one or the other and put Woody Marks in your flex?
SPEAKER_01:Definitely one or the other and put Woody Marks in my flex. No question about that. I'm sorry. I we we've been talking about the Denver passing game, and it's just not consistent enough to be able to start two receivers from that team. No fucking way, not until we see it. Um so absolutely, I'm starting probably God, it's Kansas City they're playing this week. Is Denver correct? Yeah, I mean, I do have a feeling they're gonna try to shut Sutton down, which leaves. Trent McDuffie over top Sutton. So, yeah, man. I mean, that's that's what I would do. No question about it. Can't even believe I'm saying that. I know, man. I know. Uh, all right, let's do one more here. We got another we we got another kind of a would you rather on the same team here. Kenneth Walker or Zach Charbonnet versus the Rams, man. This is crazy. One of the best front fives in football right now with the Rams. I talk to me a little bit, first of all, about Kenneth Walker and Zach Charbonnet, because I'm not sure if people are understanding how this split is actually working in the backfield here.
SPEAKER_00:Guys, so when you're looking at these two running backs, I here's a huge call-out here. First off, you're right. It's not a great matchup against the Graham's their defensive front is just really good, but let's just say you have to make this decision. I'm telling you, man, Kenneth Walker has not scored since week three. Zach Charbonnet has scored five touchdowns in the last six weeks. He's scored three touchdowns in the last three. Okay, so what I'm saying is when the goal line happens, it's not it's not Kenneth Walker. And Kenneth Walker isn't busting off those big breakaway hits because the offensive scheme has changed. Yeah, because now it's all reliant on Sam Darnold downfield. And now you bring in Rashid Shahid. Now you have JSN who's been he's already eclipsed a thousand yards, and his A dot is something that really the NFL hasn't seen in a long time. It's ridiculous. And then you have Sam Darnold, who is a top three quarterback right now on a long ball, the 40 plus yards down the field. So what this is telling me, man, is this offense is a pass first offense. And so they're using Kenneth Walker as that, I don't want to say crutch by any means, but it's the it's the way to just break up the offense a little bit so it's not pure pass. But when they get down to the goal line, man, it's Charbonnet all day and twice on Sunday. So here's what's crazy, guys. During the trade, before the trade deadline, trade for Charbonnet and don't be afraid to trade away Kenneth Walker. Get a better piece. I would rather have a Jalen Warren than I would than a Kenneth Walker. And so, because of the Kenneth Walker name value, you might be able to flip him for something. Because again, he's not playing absolutely terrible. When you actually look at Kenneth Walker, man, in some of the breakouts here, and when we pull up the game log, it's right now 67 yards. So he ended up, you know, it's okay. He ended up having 42 yards rushing in week nine, 66 in week seven against a really good Houston defense. So again, he's getting decent yardage, but that's not great in a half PPR or full PPR. Go with somebody like a Jalen Warren, try to offset him. Vice versa, try to buy Charbonnet low. And the reason being, guys, is outside of the touchdowns, you look at well, what else is Charbonnet doing? It can't be that great. It is. He had 83 yards rushing last week on a 37% snap share for 14 rushes. In the week prior, yeah, it was a down week against Washington. It was more just kind of away from the game as a whole because I mean, away from the rushing attack as a whole, because they went up so much against Washington. It was really quick. And so they actually went more towards their second team. So then you look at week seven against Houston guys. I mean, he ended up with running back eight, 51% snap share, 12 rushes, 49 yards, and I mentioned two touchdowns. I'm willing to trade for that of Charbonnet and seeing how this plays out long term.
SPEAKER_01:I agree. This is a team who's excellent. They're in the red zone often. They're scoring a lot of touchdowns. You want the goal line running back in those situations. Yep. That's Zach Charbonnet. That's Zach Charbonnet, guys. You he could make a serious run for you in your playoff run in fantasy football. Go get his ass. And don't be afraid to trade away uh Kenneth Walker. I agree. Now he may, we're saying this, and he very well could bust out one of those 50-yard runs. He always does that. He just really hasn't done it this year yet, guys. So I think you could you could get something for him with the name value, definitely. Uh all right, let's move on here. The last thing here the Chiefs running backs. Frankie, we're playing. We talked about the Chiefs and Broncos a little bit. Excellent defense with the Broncos. Still, what are we doing with the Chiefs running backs? Uh, Isaiah Pacheco will not be on the field. Um, so we're looking at Kareem Hunt. We're looking at Brashard Smith. What are we doing here, man?
SPEAKER_00:Guys, you're sitting all Chiefs running backs. You don't even think about it. There's other options. I don't care if you have Jonathan Taylor, I don't care if you have Alvin Camaro and they're on buys. Look elsewhere. Go Tajay Spears. Go with go with Zach Charbonnet. Go with these one other 1B or RB2 on that particular team. Menung guy. I'm starting him over any of those guys. Broncos defense is just too good. They're too nasty. This is a divisional game. There's going to be a lot of emotion in this. I am not willing to start those running backs. And when we look at the receivers, man, they're a pass first offense anyways. And so Patrick Sertan is banged up for the Denver Broncos defense, which means they're probably going to try to exploit that with Rasheed Rice, Xavier Worthy, Travis Kelsey, etc. So I really like the upside that the Chiefs receivers have, and I'm not starting one damn running back for the Chiefs this week.
SPEAKER_01:I agree. I'm with you. It hurts, hurts my soul, but you gotta do it, man. Agreed. All right, that is the show for the day, guys. Thank you so much for joining us.
